Our Story
Rotherine started with a simple observation about Saudi businesses that import, distribute, or manufacture physical goods.
Most of them already run an ERP or inventory system. But when we asked how they actually find out about a supplier delay, a shipping disruption, or a regulatory change, the answer was almost always the same: email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to suppliers — not the system they'd already paid for.
The problem isn't a lack of systems. It's that nothing connects what a business already tracks internally — its suppliers, shipments, and purchase orders — to the events happening outside it. That gap gets filled by hand, and by the time someone notices, the disruption has usually already started.
Rotherine was created to close that gap: connecting what's happening in the market with what's already in your systems, so you find out earlier and can act with confidence.
Because understanding what matters shouldn't require a dedicated team most Saudi businesses don't have.
Where we are today
Rotherine is under active development. We're building V1 around the fundamentals first: supplier and shipment tracking, contract visibility, and disruption monitoring scoped to your operations — not everything happening in the world.
Tools that once required a dedicated team and expensive data subscriptions are now within reach of small and mid-sized businesses. That's what we're building: a platform a small team can set up in days, not months, without consultants or complexity.
We're starting with Saudi businesses because we know this market specifically, and because most existing tools are built for other regions and translated afterward. Expansion into the wider GCC is part of our future direction, once we've proven this here first.
